Sino-American Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Professionals Association (SABPA) is an 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in early 2002 by professionals and scholars from the Chinese community in San Diego. In 2005, we expanded to Orange County and Los Angeles. Today, SABPA has become one of the most recognized professional associations in Southern California with more than 3,000 members of diverse ethnic backgrounds, including professionals, entrepreneurs, and researchers in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry.

美中生物医学与制药专业协会 (SABPA) 为 501(c)(3) 非营利性组织，由在圣地亚哥的中国专业人士和学者于 2002 年年初成立。协会的成员包括来自生物技术和制药行业的高管，科技人员及创业者，研究所和高等学府的教授 ,专家学者和学生，以及对生物技术及药物行业感兴趣的有识之士。
在 2005 年 SABPA 橙县和洛杉矶地区分会成立后，协会更吸引了大量在该地区生物科技， 医疗设备以及仿制药研发的专业人员。美中生物医学与制药专业协会现有三千多名会员， 已成为南加州最有影响力的专业者协会之一。

The Chinese American Biopharmaceutical Society ( www.cabsweb.org )   is a non-profit professional organization headquartered in San Francisco, California. Our mission is to promote scientific interactions and business collaborations in the life science industry between the U.S. and China.  We have over 2,000 members including scientists, entrepreneurs, and business executives in the biopharmaceutical industry.  Our annual conference ,  the BioPacific Conference , typically attracts over 600 attendees from across the Pacific Ocean. Established in 1995, CBA is a non-profit organization of  professionals with an interest in biopharmaceutical research or technology development.
